Payment
If you book a session online, you pay by card when you book. Otherwise, sessions are paid by bank transfer. I'll send an invoice after each session, payable within seven days. If you'd prefer to pay in advance for a block of sessions, just ask.
There are no contracts or upfront commitments. We agree together how many sessions to book, and you can stop at any time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move a session, please give at least 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed, are charged at the full fee, because the time has been kept for you.
I understand that genuine emergencies happen, and I'll always use discretion. If I ever need to cancel, I'll give you as much notice as I can and you won't be charged.
If you're late, the session will still finish at the usual time so the next person isn't kept waiting.
Health insurance
Some health insurers cover sessions with a clinical psychologist. Please contact your insurer to check your cover, then get in touch.
